Site work for a water / sewer project in Leesburg, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The construction of 130 LF jack & bore 12" steel casing with 0.250" wall thickness and 8" ductile iron carrier pope, 20 LF 8" ductile iron water main, one (1) fire hydrant and appurtenances and all other appurtenances necessary for a complete job. All work on the Project must be completed within _60_ consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed. No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with Lee County Utilities Authority prior to the time set forth above, and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, payable to the Lee County Utilities Authority, for 10 percent of the amount of the bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required Payment Bond and Performance Bond and Insurance Certificates. Bids arriving after the designated time will be returned unopened. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids. Lee County Utilities Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to overlook and/or disregard informalities or irregularities in the proposals.
