Renovation of a municipal facility in Dayton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids must be completed in accordance with the Contract Provisions. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects, and to reject any or all bids. Work will include, at a minimum, removal of the existing roofing, preparation and installation of any necessary underlayment, installation of a new thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) flat roof system 60 mil, sealing around all drains, replace existing metal flashing, install a new scupper drain and connect to underground collection, and other miscellaneous items of work necessary for completion of the project. Installing 7/16" OSB attached to brick, install new wall cap. T Patches on all seam intersections.
