Award of the construction contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of elastomeric bearings on a 96-foot single span precast concrete bridge, concrete bridge seat repair, and other related work, all in accordance with the Plans, Special Provisions, and the Washington State Department of Transportation 2025 Standard Specifications.
