Site work for a road / highway in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

a. Project Location: Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of the University of Iowa at the following locations 1) North of the CDD parking area at 100 Hawkins Drive, Iowa City, IA. 2) West of SHC on the east side of Hawkins Drive, Iowa City, IA. b. The Constructor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings dated November 20, 2023. c. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that not every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may be specifically mentioned. d. General Description of Work: 1) Project consists of directionally drilling two conduit bundles and installing a new concrete ITS vault. a. (3) 4" Conduits will be installed along the east side of Hawkins Road between ITS MH-061 and ITS HH 315. b. (3) 4" Conduits will be installed between DSB and CDD between HH 316 and a new ITS concrete vault. Targeted Small Business (TSB): The certified Iowa TSB participation goal for this project is 10 percent (10%) of the Base Bid This is to add ductbank for a fiber run on 2 locations from Kinnick to C100. We will need 800' of (3) 4" HDPE piping and a 200' of (3) 4" HPDE
