Reference Number 0000260301 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/15 12:00:00 AM CST The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Manitoba Transportation & Infrastructure (MTI) invites Service Providers (SP's) to submit a proposal for engineering services for the If-and-As Required Geotechnical Engineering Services for Review and Design of Horizontal Directionally Drilled Large Diameter Culverts hereinafter called the Project The term of the Agreement is anticipated to be for an initial period of approximately one (1) year and three (3) months. At the sole discretion of Manitoba, subject to available appropriation, satisfactory performance and the need for an extension of the project, Manitoba reserves the right to extend the Agreement for an additional period of one (1) year, for a total term of two (2) years and three (3) months. The scope of work for this assignment will include all required engineering services to review PWIP applications and perform designs, tender preparation, and contract administration/ construction inspection for HDD projects on an if-and-as required basis. Geotechnical engineering will occupy the substantial majority of the engineering services required. At times, hydrotechnical engineering may also be required. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
