The City of Pismo Beach is requesting proposals from firms for professional engineering services for the Bello Street and Wadsworth Avenue Water Main Replacement Project. The City is interested in acquiring the services of a qualified firm or a joint venture of firms to prepare final design plans and all necessary construction documents for the construction of improvements for the project. The City of Pismo Beach (City) is interested in acquiring the services of a qualified firm or a joint venture of firms (Consultant) to provide to prepare preliminary and final designs, complete all necessary construction documents, and construction specifications for water system improvements involving the replacement of the existing water main within the water system. In general, the project includes the abandonment of a 6-inch pipeline through Judkins Middle School and replacing it with the installation of approximately 2,320 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water main. It is the Citys intent to complete this work while leaving the existing mains in service until the completion of the work.
