Bid shall include the cost of all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, insurance, temporary protection, rentals, permits, taxes, and all necessary and miscellaneous items required to provide various systems shown and described complete and in good operating condition whether or not these miscellaneous items are specifically described in the Specifications or shown on the Drawings. B. Install all work in accordance with all applicable codes and prepare supplemental detail drawings and Shop Drawings reflecting purchased equipment requirements as necessary to obtain approval of authorities having jurisdiction over this Project. C. Guarantee workmanship, materials, and performance of this Division's systems in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. D. The following are specifically included without limiting the generality implied by the Drawings or Specifications: 1. Plumbing systems including: a. Sleeves and sleeve seals for plumbing piping. b. Escutcheons for plumbing piping. c. General-duty valves for plumbing piping. d. Hangers and supports for plumbing piping and equipment. e. Identification for plumbing piping and equipment. f. Plumbing piping insulation. g. Domestic-water piping and piping specialties. h. Sanitary waste and vent piping and waste piping specialties. i. Sanitary drains. j. Storm drainage piping and piping specialties. REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
