The scope of work for this project generally includes provision of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals required to supply and install a concrete coating system on the manhole structure as indicated in the specifications in accordance with the Manhole Condition Assessment Summary provided as Exhibit A of the bid document. ***Document Notes Bidders must obtain and review the Bid Documents, including all Attachments and Exhibits, as well as any issued addenda, for full details and instructions regarding submittal format, full scope of services, minimum qualifications and all other information related to this Bid. The work to be performed under this Agreement shall be commenced within ten (10) days of the date of the Notice to Proceed, in writing. Construction of the project shall be substantially complete within three hundred (300) consecutive calendar days from the date stipulated on the Notice to Proceed. Final completion shall be attained thirty (30) consecutive calendar days from the date of substantial completion. DESIGNATED POINT OF CONTACT The County's Designated Point of Contact for this IFB Bid is Richard E. Poulin Jr., Procurement Coordinator, St. Johns County Purchasing Department. This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to rehabilitate sanitary sewers manholes per the Condition Assessment Summary provided as Appendix A. Appendix C provides a map of showing the locations of the manholes. Additionally, a link to the manhole locations and photos will be provided to the awarded contractor.
