The Port of Hood River is requesting quotes for professional commercial facility inspection services to provide an assessments of various building systems and replacement costs at 15 Port owned buildings in the City of Hood River, Odell, and at the Hood River Airport The single contact point for questions regarding the Solicitation, Forms, Specifications, change, clarification, the award process, and/or any other issues that may arise, is Greg Hagbery at (541) 386-1138, and email ghagbery@portofhoodriver.com. Questions may be directed to Mr. Hagbery at 541-386-5116. The Port of Hood River is in the process of updating its 10-year Capital Improvements Plan (CIP). As the owner of ten buildings at various ages in different states of condition, a full Facility Inspection Survey is needed to update the CIP model and schedule capital improvements for the next ten years. For its own best interests, the Port of Hood River reserves the right to accept any response or to reject any and all responses. The successful consultant will be required to comply with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, as well as other applicable federal, state, and local laws and requirements. Any contract award will be made by the Port of Hood River Commission in an open public meeting.
