Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in South Burlington, Vermont. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The Burlington International Airport (BTV) is seeking qualified firms and individuals from which it will request proposals for professional architectural and engineering services in accordance with Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E. This consists of basic architectural and engineering services for airport development (construction and equipment acquisition) and land acquisition projects. All questions and requests for clarification must be received by February 14, 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. BTV reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs, to waive irregularities in any submittal, or to issue additional Requests for Qualifications. BTV also reserves the right to modify, amend, alter, revise, or terminate the Request for Qualifications or the criteria for selection of qualified firms and individuals without notice.
