Renovation of a parking garage in South Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The Project consists of repairs identified for FY25 are to replace Levels 2 and 3 expansion joints at approximately Grid 1 between the 1997 and 2003 garage structures. A detailed description of the work to be performed is provided in the attached plans. Pre-Qualification of Construction Contractors Application form to the Director of Engineering, Larry Lackey, Burlington International Airport, 1200 Airport Drive, South Burlington, Vermont 05403, or LLackey@btv.aero. This form must be submitted five (5) days before this bid is due (unless the bidder has already fulfilled this annual requirement) Work is anticipated to begin approximately July 8, 2024 and be complete no later than November 1, 2024. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated on the Bid Worksheet. Question Deadline 03/21/2024 at 3:00 PM ET All Questions and requests for clarification relating to this Request for Proposals are to be submitted to the Engineer by emailto JonOlin atjolin@hoyletanner.com, The City of Burlington encourages Disadvantaged Business Enterprises to submit on City projects and proposals. There are no specific DBE percentage requirements for this specific project.
