Project Includes, but Not Limited to, Approximately 5,515 L.f. Of Concrete Curb and Gutter, 4,985 L.f. Of 8 to 12-inch Water Main Relay, Sanitary Sewer Cipp Lining and Structure Rehabilitations, Storm Sewer Relay and Structure Rehabilitations, Drywells, Traffic Control, Pavement Markings, Clearing, Grubbing and Tree Removal, Restoration of Disturbed Areas, and Miscellaneous Appurtenance Required to Complete Construction. Bids Received From Entities Who Are Not Plan Holders of Record May Be Returned as Being Nonresponsive. A Bidder's Qualification Statement Must Be Delivered to Village of Fontana-on Geneva Lake at Least 5 Days Before the Bid Opening Date. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check Payable to Village of Fontanaon-geneva Lake Equal to 5 Percent of the Bid. If the Successful Bidder Fails to Execute the Contract and Furnish Payment and Performance Bonds Within 15 Days After the Award, the Check or Bid Bond May Be Forfeited to Village of Fontana-on-geneva Lake as Liquidated Damages.
