Remove and replace all roofing and roofing accessories as indicated in the contract documents. This Project shall include a liquidated damages provision providing for liquidated damages for each calendar day of delay until the Work is substantially complete. This Project shall also include a liquidated damages provision providing for liquidated damages for each calendar day of delay until all punch list items are complete and all closeout documents are submitted. These provisions will be set forth in the form of document provided at Attachment C. For this Project, the liquidated damages shall be stipulated as $250.00 per day. A Bid Bond, Cashierís Check, or Certified Check payable to the Killeen ISD, for no less than 5% of the largest possible total (include the cost of alternates listed) for the proposal listed. Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the construction cost will be required prior to beginning the work. Actual construction on the Project can begin on May 28, 2024. The substantial completion date for all work is August 5, 2024. Furthermore, Contractor has 14 calendar days from the established Substantial Completion Date to complete all punchout items. The Contactor has until September 15, 2024, to submit all required closeout documents and final billing.
