BID TITLE: PARK LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE IN THE TOWN OF JUPITER BID NO.: EPW 2024-13 Project Manager: Catherine Morosco, Special Projects Coordinator Project Description: Provide park landscape maintenance to include mowing, trimming, edging, weed-eating, weed control, fertilization, mulch, litter, vegetation and other debris removal at various park locations in Jupiter, Florida 33458. The pre-bid and bid opening are public meetings. Bid Bond Not Required Payment and Performance Bonds: No required Federal Funding: This Project is not funded by grants from the Federal Government. Project Budget: The Towns budget for this project is $80,000.00 In accordance with Section 15.1 of the Invitation to Bid, the TOWN reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and technicalities not involving price, time or changes in the commodities and/or services, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids.
