Site work and paving for a road / highway in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project is located within the easements of SIRWCD. The work of this project includes but is not limited to: The construction of a Palm Beach County Standard Roadway surface (asphalt) paving of 0.1 miles of roadway within SIRWCD. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified bond check made payable to the Owner or a Bid Bond. The amount of the security shall not be less than five percent of the total price indicated in the Bid Proposal Form. The Bid proposal will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of ninety days after submission. The successful Bidder, who is awarded the Contract, shall be required to furnish a 100% Construction Performance Bond and a 100% Construction Payment Bond pursuant to Section 255.05 F.S. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, with or without cause, to waive irregularities, variances, deviations, technical errors and informalities to the extent permitted by law or accept the Bid which in its judgement best serves the public interest. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding. All communication concerning the project will be directed in writing through the Owner's Representative.
