Belknap County seeks bids from qualified vendors capable of replacing the current building automation control system at the Belknap County Nursing Home located at 30 County Drive, Laconia, NH. The Belknap County Nursing Home is replacing the current buildings control system. The scope of this project is to completely remove the old system and replace it with a new Johnson Controls Facility Explorer Tridium Platform BacNet Control System. The bidding vendor shall be responsible for complete removal of the existing system, installation of a new front end/JACE, all field controllers, programming, graphics, and equipment commissioning and balancing of 27 new and 6 existing VAV boxes (33 total). The bidding vendor is responsible for verifying all existing conditions and points to submit a qualifying bid. The intent of the county is to be left a 100% working and commissioned system for all HVAC equipment. The County of Belknap reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the bidding process and to accept the bid considered to be in the best interest of the County. Failure to give all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification. The County reserves the right to cancel this bid request at any time for any reason. Johnson Controls Facility Explorer Tridium Platform BacNet Control System - no equipment substitutions will be allowed or considered. It is anticipated that the work shall commence in the beginning of April. This project will be formally awarded contingent on the passage and funding of the 2024 budget by the Belknap County Commissioners or Belknap County Delegation.
