The Stoker Park Landscaping Project consists of: Installation of approximately 176,454 SF of sod Installation of approximately 6,907 SF of rock mulch Installation of sprinkling system Installation of approximately 228 trees and shrubs No pre-bid conference will be held. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof.
