Renovation of a mixed-use development in Somerset, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Somerset 2024 Stadium Renovation includes sitework on a 1.2 Acre site at the Somerset High School. This project consists of bleacher, press box and track and field upgrades. The construction manager will be releasing the project documents on February 13, 2024. Question Deadline 02/23/2024 at 12:00 PM CT Last day for questions is Friday Construction is expected to start Spring 2024. Substantial Completion: Aug 2024. The owner is considered a tz-exempt entity, therefore WI Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of the proposals without consent of the owner. Bids will be received as noted in the Invitation to Bid. Bids will be opened in the presence of the School District of Somerset and Market & Johnson. Bids results will be released after approval by the School District of Somerset. Bids can be emailed in .pdf format to bidding@market-johnson.com or may be submitted in sealed envelope to Market & Johnson, Inc. Bids shall be designated as "Bid for Somerset Elementary School." Bidder assumes all responsibility for the delivery/receipt of their bid to the bid opening location prior to the bid deadline. Owner, Architect and/or Market & Johnson will not be held responsible for any malfunctions with mail/carrier services or technology malfunctions.
