Reference Number 0000264308 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/27 12:00:00 PM CST The Rural Municipality of Gimli is accepting quotations for the supply and delivery of limestone aggregates, to be deposited on Municipal roads throughout the RM of Gimli or hauled to stockpile at the Public Works shop yards, as directed by the Municipality. The material to be applied in one main haul during the approximate period of June 1, 2024, until completed. In addition, there may be spot hauling continuing until December 31, 2024, therefore prices are in effect until December 31, 2024. Supply, Loading and Delivery of Aggregate Material (a) Supply the aggregate materials as per Section II - Quotation Form Approximate Quantities and load the aggregate material into end dump and belly dump trailers when hauling is being carried out. (b) Delivery Area One - Defined as the RM of Gimli Wards 1 & 2. Includes the north limit of the RM of Gimli (PR 231), from the east limit of the RM of Gimli (lake) to the west limit of the RM of Gimli (Rd 15E), south, to include PR 229 (Road 102 N). (c) Delivery Area Two - Defined as the RM of Gimli Wards 3 & 4. Immediately north of area one (PR231), with the same east and west limits described for area one, north to include Boundary Rd (122N). The RM of Gimli reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the tender in the best interest of the RM of Gimli in its sole discretion. Lowest bid may not be accepted. Contractors must comply with Municipal requirements for liability insurance, WCB coverage and business licensing to be eligible to be awarded the contract.
