Bid Project: The City of Superior is seeking material bids for 36-inch ID Class IV reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) and related RCP apron end walls. All joints tied. Materials shall conform to applicable WISDOT standard specifications. All required joint ties are incidental to the associated RCP bid item. The contractor shall submit a list of its subcontractors as a part of its proposal, which list shall not be added to or altered without the written consent of the City of Superior, and as specified in 66.0901 Wisconsin Statutes. Cost shall include delivery to a location within the City of Superior. Delivery of the materials is expected to be between March 1, 2024, and June 1, 2024. The Contractor will be given a two (2) week notice to produce the materials and deliver. Delivery will be to: 39th Avenue East, near East 17th Street, Superior, Wisconsin. All bids must be prepared on the form provided and submitted in accordance to the Instructions to Bidder. The City of Superior encourages the participation of women and minority owned businesses. The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests.
