Eagle Street, Centennial, Colorado 80112 Project Description: This project is an interior building remodel of an existing occupied workspace as shown in the drawings. This project is not intended to alter the square footage of the workspace or the exterior of the building. The work will include the removal of interior glass partition walls, relocation of doors, wall, ceiling, and floor patching; retrofitting existing HVAC supply lines, and demolition and retrofitting of existing electrical or possibly installing new electrical. Shell work is considered minor. No external structural work will be required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on an approved form in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid price, The successful Bidder will be required to furnish, as part of the Contract, insurance certificates in the amount specified in the General Conditions, a Performance, Payment, Maintenance and Warranty Bond in an amount equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, said bond to be issued by a responsible corporate surety approved by the City The City reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any or all Bids.
