The work will include but is not limited to the cleaning and televising of approximately twenty-eight thousand linear feet (28,000 LF) of storm water conveyance piping and drainage structures within Hiering Avenue, Sampson Avenue, Carteret Avenue, Kearney Avenue, Freemont Avenue, Hancock Avenue, Sheridan Avenue, Sherman Avenue, Grant Avenue, Blaine Avenue, Sumner Avenue, Webster Avenue, Hamilton Avenue, Franklin Avenue, Lincoln Avenue, Dupont Avenue, Porter Avenue, Bay Boulevard, Barnegat Avenue, Central Avenue, and Boulevard, in addition to temporary traffic control, coordination of uniformed police traffic, disposal of removed materials and surface restoration. Pipe diameters may range in size from six (6) inches to forty-two (42) inches. The Contractor will be responsible to coordinate and obtain all access permits required to occupy Rights-Of-Way, in addition to access coordination with property owners before and after required activities. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 42 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed.
