One-year lease with a one-year option of a municipal parking lot located at Hiering Avenue and Ocean Terrace near the Boardwalk. The Borough of Seaside Heights reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any bid and to make such awards or take such action as may be in the best interest of the Borough of Seaside Heights. Each bid must be on the bid form included in the bid package in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside and also bearing on the outside specific reference to "Hiering Avenue Parking Lot Lease." Deviation from this submittal procedure will subject the bid to rejection.
