Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron. Estimated Cost $1,700,000 A. Section Includes 1. Work of the Contract is shown and described in Drawings and Project Manual entitled: Apartment Buildings Balcony Repairs Holyoke Housing Authority February 14, 2024 Tighe & Bond, Inc. Consulting Engineers Westfield, Massachusetts 2. The Work includes the following major items: a. Demolition of existing and installation of new component guardrail system b. Crack and spall repairs to balconies and adjacent floor bands c. Repair of concrete deficiencies as noted on the drawings d. Prepping surfaces and seal coating of concrete balcony surfaces, including top, bottom and edges of balconies, and adjacent floor bands. Selective repairs to the concrete balconies, surface preparation, protective sealing of concrete balconies at the Rosary Towers located at 21 Bowers Street; Coughlin Apartments, located at 300 Walnut Street; Falcetti Towers, located at 475 Maple Street; and Zielinski Apartments, located at 70 Walnut Street, Holyoke MA; and the installation of guardrail and canopy at the balconies at Rosary Towers.
