Project: Thies Park Improvements Phase 2 Proposed Improvement: Thies Park - Southeast Corner of Cypress Drive and Park Street Consists of mass lot grading and the full installation of the following amenities; six (6) pickleball courts with lounge area, two (2) bocce ball courts, two (2) sand volleyball courts, a shuffleboard court, a turf whiffle ball field, picnic shelter with restroom and storage, hot-mix asphalt parking lot, bike path with path lighting, concrete sidewalk at both the new park site and the existing park, landscaping, and all appurtenant construction.
