Substantial completion: August 23, 2024, prior to fall 2024 semester. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes but is not limited to the following: Provide all work, permits and coordinate inspections, testing and start-up necessary for a complete and operational facility. Work of this proposed Contract comprises renovation and demolition, including general construction, mechanical, and electrical work. The scope of the work includes but is not limited to. Renovation of three (3) existing science classrooms. Demolition or partial removal of existing base cabinetry, lab stations, teacher stations, white boards and display cubbies where indicated with associated plumbing and electrical work. Existing tall storage cabinets and upper wall cabinetry to remain where indicated or be removed/salvaged for reinstall or provided to owner as indicated. Flooring to be partially replaced in two (2) classrooms and all new flooring in one (1) classroom. Provide and install new cabinetry with associated electrical work for labstation's (includes sinks) and teacher stations and as indicated. New electrical panel at one (1) classrooms.
