SRR is seeking a firm to complete a Facility Construction Feasibility Study. This study will start the process to investigate and gather the necessary information to research the feasibility of constructing a facility for a permanent office and bus facility. SRR completed a Transportation Needs Study and Service Plan in May of 2023. A copy of the Transportation Needs Study is attached. Information from the Transportation Needs Study should be incorporated into this document when appropriate. Questions must be submitted in writing to Rebecca Charboneau, SRR Transportation Manager at rcharboneau@cheboygancounty.net by 10 days prior to the proposal due date. Project will be completed within 150 days after contract has been signed, draft report due within 60 days of project complete with a final report issued within 30- 45 days after draft report is completed. It is anticipated that the project will be completed in 6-7 months from contract award. Must be completed by May 1, 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
