Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Pasadena, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services - Parks Division seeks a vendor to repair sections of an existing outdoor Soccer field by Field Turf . Award will be based on the lowest price and pricing must be valid from February1 , 2024 to June 30, 2024. Question Submission Deadline:March 1, 2024, 2:00pm Vendor shall be responsible for repairing areas of the artificial soccer turf at Villa Parke. Repairs include repairing/replacing torn turf fabric and rubber infill backfilling. All repairs shall be seamless and must match the existing turf product: Field Turf Monofilament 2.5" / XM6-65E The supplier must retain/reuse the existing infill and must be leveled to match adjacent site conditions. Supplier shall supply additional rubber infill to ensure G-max levels meet ASTM standards. Installation of new product shall be seamless. City staff has identified (10) areas in need of repair at the time of this posting. Additional field repairs may be needed upon approval by the contract administrator. 3.2. Site Location The project site is located at: Villa Parke 363 E Villa Street Pasadena, CA 91101 Size of field is approximately 72,000 Square Feet.
