The Norwood Housing Authority (the Awarding Authority) invites written quotes from qualified licensed electrical contractors to provide on-call electric services for a period of one year starting April 1, 2024 and ending March 31, 2025 in accordance with the documents prepared by the Norwood Housing Authority The Project consists of: Electrical services at property owned by the Authority in Norwood, Massachusetts. The work will include repair work and new installation for projects up to $15,000.00. The Authority has 481 apartments spread over (5) five locations all in the Norwood, Massachusetts. Based on previous years invoices the total contract value is anticipated to be less than $15,000.00. The Contractor shall provide Massachusetts licensed electricians, electrician's helper(s), materials tools, and supplies (except as noted in these documents) to properly, and in accordance with the Massachusetts Electrical Code, and satisfactory to the Norwood Electrical Inspector necessary to carry on the work under this request.
