The City of Santa Clara (hereinafter "City") is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide homeless encampment cleanup services including all labor, materials, equipment, and tools, as required by the Department of Public Works (DPW). ESTIMATED QUANTITIES/SERVICE LEVELS: The quantities/service levels specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities/service levels that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities/service levels shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates.
