The Grande Spirt Foundation ("GSF") is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for redevelopment of the to-be-vacated Pleasant View Seniors Lodge in the Town of Spirit River, AB. The building has been operated by GSF as a seniors assisted living facility for 60 years. GSF will be vacating the property in July 2024, and relocating to a newly constructed supportive living facility and apartment in the community. To support the growth of the community, GSF is seeking interested developers to redevelop the to-be-vacated property The subject property consists of 2.32 Acre, High Density Residential District located at: 5230 - 44 Avenue, Spirit River, Alberta Block 20, Plant 6498KS, Northwest Section 22, Township 78, Range 6, W6M (Except Plans 782-1878 and 862-2651) The Developer will be responsible for all costs related to purchase, maintenance, and redevelopment of the asset upon sale or transfer of the property. GSF will not contribute to leasing, demolition, renovation, or redevelopment of the assets upon sale or transfer to the Developer Inquires relating to this RFI shall be directed in writing to Steve Madden, CAO, Grande Spirit Foundation at smadden@grandespirit.org. Inquiries will be received until April 19, 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
