Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nekoosa, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
3rd Street Street & Utility Reconstruction to include: street and utility construction on 3rd Street including excavation, sanitary sewer, water main, base course, curb & gutter, sidewalk and restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. Final finish grading, lower and upper layer of paving will be completed by others. Contractor to grade gravel within +/- 1" of final gravel elevation. Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the OWNER. All Bids uploaded and submitted through Online shall also be accompanied with Bid Form 00 41 43. The CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rate as established by law. The City of Nekoosa reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 62.15, 66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes.
