Project Description West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (BOG) located in Morgantown, West Virginia (WVU or University) is initiating this Request for Bids (RFB) from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors for the façade renovations to the Interdisciplinary Sciences Building (ISB) located in Beckley, WV. Renovations may include but not be limited to, tuckpointing to missing or deteriorated sandstone joints, replacing sealants around doors and windows, restoring the ribbon band around the top of the building, replacing sandstone and brick block as necessary, and waterproofing the entire building Question Submission Close Date 3/19/2024 12:00 PM EDT Substantial Completion shall be August 9, 2024 1. Final Completion shall be August 16, 2024 Liquidated Damages shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion and Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Final Completion.
