furnishing the Wexford County Road Commission with a season's supply of the following: 1. Materials-Bituminous Patching 2. Bituminous Paving Material 3. Soil Erosion Products 4. Culvert/Bridge Materials 5. Coarse Aggregate Materials 6. Construction Equipment Rental 7. Guardrail Materials 8. Tree Cutting/Trimming 9. Brine Place the submitted bid in a sealed envelope with the specific bid name, from above, clearly marked on the outside. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of the same, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to make the award in part or entirety in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Wexford County Road Commission. Contractors / suppliers that do not honor their bid through out the season may at WCRC discretion be precluded from future bid lettings. These bids, by mutual agreement of both parties, may be extended for additional one-year periods, each year hereafter. Request for contract extensions must be in writing and received by the Road Commission prior to February 1st of each year to extend the price for the upcoming year.
