Ridgefield School District No. 122 Director of Business Services Bid Enclosed: Electrical Service Equipment Pre-Purchase #240328-01 510 Pioneer Street Ridgefield, WA 98642 Project Description: The Contractor will provide and deliver all designated electrical service equipment for the future new elementary school and future high school addition as further described in the Project drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents. Installation of this equipment will be by others. Bids will be opened at the RACC and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt. Prospective bidders will be required to sign in as an account member to have access to Project documents. Prospective bidders may call DJC Plan Center at 503-802-7252 with any questions about setting up an account. No bid will be considered unless it is in complete accordance with the instructions to bidders and is submitted upon the official bid form provided to prospective bidders (included in the bid documents). Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, excluding applicable Washington State taxes. Bid security will be forfeited as damages should the bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract and provide suitable bonds for performance and payment for labor and materials. All bidders must submit a list of proposed subcontractors whose work will exceed ten percent (10%) of the project, or as otherwise specified in the instructions to bidders.
