Site work and paving for a road / highway in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

2024 Annual Paving Project The project includes milling, misc. base repair and overlay improvements. All work for this Contract must be completed by August 18, 2023. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Surety Company's Bid Bond on the form provided in the Bid Documents, naming as payee or Obligee, the Borough of Boyertown, Berks County in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid submitted. The Surety Company must be acceptable to the Borough. No bid may be withdrawn after the above-specified date for receiving, opening and reading of bids, except as specifically may be provided by law. Wages paid are subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961, P.L. 987 as amended and supplemented. The Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of 1955, P.L. 744, No. 222, as amended June 25,1997 by Act 34 of 1997, 43 P.S. 951-963, shall apply to this Contract if the Contract exceeds $100,000.00. The Bidder and all subcontractors must be prequalified by PennDOT for the type of project work specified in order to bid the project, and PennDOT prequalification certificates must be submitted by the Bidder and all subcontractors. The Borough of Boyertown, Berks County, reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all bids, and to delete any item or portion of an item without affecting the bids on the remaining items or portion of items.
