Description

Site work for a civil project in Mill Valley, California. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of August 21, 2026, the Project has advanced through key environmental and approval milestones and is moving toward the procurement phase. The Marin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District completed the Final Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) following a 30-day public review period that ran from October 31, 2025, through December 1, 2025. On April 7, 2026, the Marin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District Board approved both the Final IS/MND and the project. Design recommendations have since been presented to the Board of Supervisors, and construction bidding is expected to follow final design approvals. Although a formal construction bid solicitation has not yet been released, it is anticipated in early 2028. Based on the current schedule, construction is targeted to begin in Summer 2028, with the project now focused on final design completion, contractor procurement, and other pre-construction activities necessary to advance into the construction phase.
