Project Description: The work generally consists of mobilization, traffic control, implementing a water pollution control plan, repairing/stabilizing roadway storm damage by installing approximately 130 liner feet of retaining wall, and clean-up of the project area, and other items of work as shown on the plans The project is located roughly between 220 and 260 Monte Vista Avenue in the City of Mill Valley A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount payable to the City of Mill Valley shall accompany the Proposal. Award of contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder whose proposal complies with prescribed requirements, and will be within thirty (30) days after receipt of proposals Telephones will not be available to bidders for the preparation of bids or for calling in bid results. Bid forms received after the designated time shall not be accepted. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
