Concord is seeking Separate Sealed Bids for the repair and improvements to the foundation of the Town's historic Town Hall at 456 Main Street in Concord Vermont. The Scope of Work, for the Project includes repointing of brick, repair of basement piers, constructing new piers, making repairs to existing laid up stone foundation, pouring new sections of foundation wall, replacing sills, installing vapor barriers and adding wood structural elements per engineering drawings, and replacing exterior sheathing and clapboard. A Contractor will be awarded based on cost, demonstrable experience with similar projects, and availability. With Bid Form, Bidders shall submit references for similar Work.
