Beckley University Hall Heat Pumps Provide and deliver thirty-six (36) Bosch Florida Heat Pumps for Hogan Hall on the Beckley Campus to be installed by others. WVU reserves the right at any time for its convenience to cancel any Purchase Order/Contract as to all or any portion of the goods then not shipped or services then not performed, subject to an equitable adjustment between the parties as to any work or goods (but not to include standard stock) then in progress. Anticipated Contract Start Date Week of April 8, 2024 Question Deadline 03/25/2024 at 12:00 PM ET The University reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all Bids received without penalty and not to issue a contract as a result of this RFB. If any Bid is rejected, a written explanation prepared by the CPO, or designee, shall be noted in the Procurement File. Any explanation or clarification desired by a Bidder regarding the meaning or interpretation of any part of this solicitation must be submitted in writing by an authorized
representative of the Bidder through the Q&A Board on the WVU Public Bid Site with a clear reference to the relevant RFB section. Requests for explanations or clarifications must be submitted on or before the deadline for questions. Requests for clarification received after this deadline may not be considered and the University is under no obligation to address them.
