Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rural Valley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Specifications: The Armstrong School District is accepting bids for resurfacing approximately 7,360 square yards of parking lot and roadway at West Shamokin Jr. Sr. High School. Scope of work includes 7,360 square yards of 1.5" milling and profiling of existing lot surface. 7,360 square yards of WMA 9.5mm wearing course asphalt, PG 64-22, 0.03 < 3 million ESALS, SRL-L. Work needs to be done over the summer break. The Board of School Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularity in bidding.
