That Time for the Following Work: Sanitary Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation Work Shall Include, but Not Be Limited to, Mobilization, Cleaning and Televising the Selected Sanitary Sewers, Removal of Debris, by-pass Pumping, Traffic Control, Installation of the Cured-in-place Lining, Reconnection of All Services and Branch Connections, Restoration of the Work Area, Testing, Televising the Sewer Depicting the Final Product and All Other Related Work. Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Work Shall Include, but Not Be Limited to, Mobilization, Assessing and Cleaning the Manhole, Removal of Debris and Encrustation, Rebuilding the Bench and Channel, Rebuilding the Chimney, Installing Interior Chimney Band, Installation of the Cured-in-place Grout and Polymer Liner, Replacing the Frame and Cover, Installing Interior Drop Pipe, by-pass Pumping, Traffic Control, Restoration of the Work Area, Testing, and All Other Related Work. A Properly Completed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check in a Sum Not Less Than Five (5) Percent of the Proposed Amount of the Proposal Submitted, Shall Accompany Each Proposal as Security for Acceptance of the Contract by the Lowest Qualified Bidder. Should the Contractor Fail to Enter Into a Contract Agreement With the Owner, Through No Fault of the Owner, He Shall Forfeit the Entire Amount of the Security to the Owner. All Bids Shall Remain Firm and May Not Be Withdrawn for Ninety (90) Days After the Actual Date of Opening Thereof. The Contractor Selected to Perform This Project Must Have a Minimum of 5yrs of Experience Working With Ambient Cure Cipp Products and a Minimum of 1,000 Installations. The Successful Contractor Must Also Have a Minimum of 5yrs of Experience Installing Sectional Liners With a Minimum of 500 Installations in the State of Michigan. Documentation of the Minimum Requirements Including Owner, Project Name, Location and Date Shall Be Included With the Bid Package. Those Who Do Not Meet These Qualifications Shall Be Considered Nonresponsive and Their Bid Returned. Work Will Be Performed as Needed. All Inquiries and Questions Shall Be Directed to C.e.
