Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Borough of South Williamsport is seeking separate prime construction bids for the complete construction of their new South Williamsport Borough Office and Meeting Hall. Separate Prime Construction Bids will be accepted for a single-story slab on grade, wood framed building with cultured stone and fiber board siding and metal roofing. Separate Prime bids/categories will include all Labor and Materials as required to fully complete the project and are categorized as follows: 1. General construction and Site work. 2. Mechanical 3. Electrical 4. Plumbing All submitted bids shall be accompanied with all required documents as outlined in the Project Specification Manual and shall be made in favor of the Borough of South Williamsport. PA. This Project constituting Public Works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961. P.L. as amended and supplemented. Bids must be hand delivered and in the hands of the Borough Secretary at the stated date and time where they will be date and time stamped. No electronic Bids will be accepted. The Borough of South Williamsport reserves the right to wave any informalities in bidding, reject any or all bids, or accept a single bid in the separate prime bid categories deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough of South Williamsport
