Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Rossetti Cowan Exterior Entry Ramp and Stair Replacement - The Project consists of the replacement of the exterior entry ramp and stairs, and masonry repair and repointing. Construct Work in stages during the construction period: 1. Stage 1: Installation of temporary rear entrance ramp. 2. Stage 2: Removal of existing brick/concrete ramp and concrete sidewalk. 3. Stage 3: Masonry repair and repointing. 4. Stage 4: Installation of new ramp and stairs. 5. Stage 5: Installation of new concrete sidewalk panels The work is estimated to cost $700,000. Completion- 190 Calendar Days Question Deadline 09/12/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be received in writing no later than the end of the business day three calendar days before the date herein set for the opening of the Sub and General Bids. Any questions received after such time will be answered at the discretion of the City.
