Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arcadia, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Scope consist of removal of app. 900 ft. X 4 ft. X 8" of topsoil, app 160 ft. Of Existing concrete. Stockplie all topsoil for finish grading. Remove all Concrete spoils from property. Install app. 3,600 sq. Ft. Of compacted base Rock to pathway to accomodate 4 ft. X 4" concrete paths/sidewalks. Form and Pour app 3600 sq. Ft. Of concrete paths/sidewalk, wire mesh and broom Finished. Remove topsoil and install base rock and concrete pads at 16 spots around The cart path each spot 10 ft. X 6 ft. To the same specs as above to Accommodate 16 - 8 ft. X 6 ft. X 4" concrete pads for park benches. Remove Topsoil and install compacted base rock and concrete pads at 6 spots around The cart path each spot 14 ft. X 12 ft. To same specs as above to accommodate 6- 12 ft. X 10 ft. X 4" concrete pads for picnic tables. All areas to be back filled With topsoil, fine graded with topsoil and seed with rye & fescue mixed grass Seed. Repair any grass, concrete pavement and utilities damaged during Project. Clean up and remove all the spoils from job sight.
