As of October 25, 2024, a design firm has been selected for this solicitation. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to 2027. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA), Project Management and Engineering Department (PM&E), designs and builds public works projects that provide a safe and efficient transportation network throughout the MOA. Voter-approved bonds fund the majority of these projects, which include roads, non-motorized facilities, transit facilities and drainage improvements. PM&E is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide architectural/engineering services for the 4th Avenue Signals & Lighting Upgrade - L Street to G Street project.
