Renovation of an educational facility in Crane, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project is a not necessarily limited to, the following: Installation includes installing effective turn key new roof or roof covering on Crane Dormitory. 22400 ft squared and gutters of 540 lineal feet, 26 gauge commercial steel gutters. Cost should include removal and disposal of gutters/roof as necessary. Labor cost, machinery usage, travel cost backflow valve inspection and all other fees to be included. The project will be a prevailing wage rate job, subject to the BOLI Wage Rates set forth by the State of Oregon. CRANE SCHOOLS will award the contract within five (5) calendar days of the bid opening. Work will commence within ten (10) calendar days of the notice to proceed. The contractor shall complete all work required in the contract within a reasonable time as material availability and delivery allows. First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on the date of the bid opening.
