Reference Number 0000351496 Job Location: 7th St & Walnut St intersection in Windsor Road Name: 7th St Length: +/-700 ft The work of this contract consists of hardening 2021 paint and post interim improvements by installing raised medians, concrete curb ramps, curb and gutter, signing, RRFB pedestrian crossing improvements, bike lane striping, mill and overlay on 7th Street between Main St (CO392) and Walnut St as shown in the construction drawings; the overlays will cover approximately 3,350 SY of roadway. See the construction drawings for additional information. A. Furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances; provide all construction plant equipment and tools; and perform all necessary labor and supervision. C. Coordinate the progress of the Work, including coordination between trades, subcontractors, suppliers, public utilities, and the Owner to ensure the progress of the Work. D. It is the intent of this contract that Work proceed in the most expeditious manner possible. E. Construct the Work under a unit price contract as indicated in the Bid Form Question Deadline 05/16/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, Any questions regarding the project are due date and time. No questions received after this date will be answered unless an addendum extends the bid date. The Project is to be Substantially Complete by August 13, 2024. The Project is to be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 15.06 of the Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract (Section C-700) by or before August 27, 2024. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. The decision of the Owner shall be final.
