Renovation of a water / sewer project in San Rafael, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District (LGVSD) is seeking proposals for the design and installation of two Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) at the LGVSD Wastewater Treatment Plant pursuant to the California Government Code Section 4217.10 to 4217.18 and other applicable law. The proposal shall be prepared as per the guidelines set forth in the attached RFP. The Contractor's Proposal must include: 1. Completed Proposal Sheets 2. Preliminary BESS Layout and Single Line Diagram 3. Proposed Schedule 4. Data sheets for the BESS and inverters. 5. Organizational structure of the proposing Team, including Design Firm, Engineering and Construction Firm, and Finance Company. Note that "Bid" and "Proposal" are used interchangeably in this document. The criteria that will be used in evaluating the proposals include, but are not limited to the following: o Knowledge and understanding of District needs. o Approach to Project and understanding of the Scope of Work. o Commitment of key personnel and their experience.
