Renovation of a municipal facility in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
** As of June 14, 2024 this project received no bids. As of this time it is unknown if an when project will rebid.** Facility Renovations This Project includes the repair of egress stairs, and the replacement of trench drain. The successful contractor(s) will save, protect, defend, and hold harmless the TCATA, their officers, and agents against any suit for damages or judgment that may be rendered in the execufion of the scope of work associated with this request for bids. The contractor(s) will be responsible for strict compliance with EPA, ANSI, OSHA, federal, state, and local regulafions applicable. All prices must include compliance with the above regulafions. The owner will not be responsible for the cost of and proper disposal of debris and any hazardous or special waste materials. No items may be salvaged or diverted for private use. Addifional informafion or clarificafion of any of the instrucfions or informafion contained herein may be obtained from the Procurement Manager via e-mail at mepps@tcatabus.org.
